Not by default. We offer "Hosting + domain (yearly)" as an add-on for $95 USD/year. If you already have them, we configure them at no extra cost. We recommend Hostinger or Cloudflare for most projects.

Yes. Prices are listed in USD for international consistency, but we accept payment in local currency at the day's exchange rate via bank transfer, Wise or similar services.

Every plan includes design revisions before moving to build. We adjust until it matches your vision — that's why payment is split 50/25/25: you only advance to the next milestone when you're happy with the result.

Yes. All plans include training to edit content. Professional, Advanced and Enterprise plans include full video + PDF training. Monthly maintenance ($75/mo) covers changes you'd rather not do yourself.

Timelines are signed in the contract: Starter 2 weeks, Professional 3 weeks, Advanced 4 weeks, Enterprise 6 weeks. The clock starts the day we receive the 50% payment and the complete brief.

Technical SEO (meta tags, schema, sitemap, performance, semantics) is included in every plan. Ongoing content SEO (keyword optimization, link-building, monthly publications) is a separate service we can quote based on your industry.

Yes — mola is an international agency based in San Salvador. We work over WhatsApp, Google Meet and email. Time zone UTC-6 (flexible for Latin America, Europe and the USA).

Always. The contract specifies scope, timeline, payment milestones and copyright over the delivered code (it's yours). No signed contract, no kickoff.
